Cucumber plate of mixed greens is a backbone of summer parties. It's modest, simple to make thus reviving on a hot day. My adaptation is a blend of cucumber, tomato, red onion and green chime pepper for an astounding mix of flavors and surfaces.
Fixings:
3 Tomatoes,
3 cucumbers,
1 onion,
1/2 cup apple juice vinegar,
1 teaspoon of split pepper,
2 tablespoons of sugar (TOTALLY YOUR CHOICE),
2 teaspoons of salt, 1 cup of water,
